Total Wellness Centre collects personal client data directly from our clients, which data is generally limited to name, home and business contact information, date of birth, billing, employment information, medical information and history, all of which is necessary to provide clients with safe treatments.

How is this information used or disclosed by Total Wellness Centre?
In order to protect you, we will not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than those that we identify to you and with your permission. All records are kept in a secure area with strict access control and are shredded when they are no longer required. Your personal information is only used to complete the tasks which you have agreed to, such as collection of unpaid charges. In the case of an emergency, when necessary, we will provide appropriate personal information to medical professionals.
